    Angela's Flan by Cooking Light. Flan is a traditional dessert of Mexico. This is my favorite flan recipe, I use whole milk though & leave out the almond/rum extract & add a little more cinnamon than called for. @Julia Hunt Custodio

Leche flan is a Philippine caramel custard made from eggyolk and milk (evaporated and condensed).

Flan is made by mixing custard into a ramikin with a sauce in the bottom. Put water into pan and put ramikins into pan and then bake. Remove flan when finished, turn over, and enjoy.
