DYEING EASTER EGGS with a WHISK: To get a good “grip” on your egg, place it inside a wire whisk. No need to worry about the egg rolling off of a spoon. Great idea, esp for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Most egg dyes will STAIN, so wear aprons or old clothing. Harvest Stuffed Pork Loin.

Ok so last night I pulled out a piece of pork tenderloin... I cut it in butterfly fashion so I could roll it up like in the picture showing. I rubbed the inside with pepper, touch of cayenne, and some of my spices. sprinkled dry parm on it than laid out garlic sun dried tomatoes and havarti cheese, I rolled it, secured it and in a hot pan I seared it on all sides than baked at 350 for 1 hour 15 min. An hour would have been enough. SOOOO DELISH!!
