I used 1/2 c almond flour, 1/2 c oats, 1 c medjool dates, 2 tbsp strawberry protein powder, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp coconut oil and about 1/2 c (I eyeballed it) dried mango. They taste just like strawberry fig newtons!
