Fitness is a way of life. Reaching your goal doesn't mean you get to just STOP everything and you'll just stay fit. Allow Fitness and Healthy living to become a permanent part of your being and you'll never feel discouraged.
It's never going to be perfect. It's life. So be content, stay strong, count your blessings, love yourself & others, be kind & giving (remember it's the smallest of things that mean the most) forgive yourself & those that hurt you and LIVE.
Don't compromise your morals. --- There were some people in my life who did compromise themselves (and DEFINITELY their morals), rather than change the dickheads around them. Oh well, THEIR loss, not mine.
