French Toast Puffs - Ohmygoodness! It's pretty much a regular french toast recipe except you cut the bread into cubes BEFORE you fry it up so with every bite you get more browned, crunchy edges surrounding the soft, puffy insides. Pumpkin French toast. I am soooo making this. Update: Made this, finally. It has more of a mild pumpkin flavor than I expected but it's very good. I used twice the cinnamon the recipe called for, plus I used cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest - it was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.
