French Toast Puffs | These are called french toast puffs and they're the most delicious version of french toast ever! A crispy and crunchy outside with a soft, almost doughy like, puff inside. Seriously amazing! See below the pics for the recipe. I've been contemplating starting a "Sweet Mornings" Monday breakfast series on Sugar and Charm, featuring some really tasty breakfast recipes. Maybe it could be bi-monthly. | From: sugarandcharmblog.com

French Toast Puffs - "Ohmygoodness! It's pretty much a regular french toast recipe except you cut the bread into cubes BEFORE you fry it up so with every bite you get more browned, crunchy edges surrounding the soft, puffy insides. This cooking method looks so good, breakfast won't be alone in the 'puffy' department for very long." :)

Pumpkin French toast. I am soooo making this. Update: Made this, finally. It has more of a mild pumpkin flavor than I expected but it's very good. I used twice the cinnamon the recipe called for, plus I used cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest - it was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.

Cream Puffs - one of my most favorite desserts! I adore these! I chose to fill them with both pastry cream and whipped cream then cover in chocolate sauce - in my opinion this is they way they should be made.
