These actually work. I had the worst migraine and was crying because of the pain and painkillers did nothing so I gave these poses a shot and the migraine was gone within the hour! You just have to get past the nausea of being upside down with a migraine.

Remember those yoga poses we were practicing ? Well here are some poses you can do after you wake up. Some of them are a bit advanced so it's okay if you skip those ones. On the right are some poses you can do before you go to bed, or even when you get home from school. If your mom is home, it'd be really cool to get her to join you.
