Remember those yoga poses we were practicing ? Well here are some poses you can do after you wake up. Some of them are a bit advanced so it's okay if you skip those ones. On the right are some poses you can do before you go to bed, or even when you get home from school. If your mom is home, it'd be really cool to get her to join you.
#Sun Salutation (Suryanamskar) is the best exercise!!! Perfect as warm up, stretching and repeated several time as conditioning for the entire body! #yoga try it! Good for me if I modify a few poses to accommodate my bad arm.
