Rational Exponents Tic Tac Toe

Looking for a fun way to review and practice skills such as rational exponents operations? Tic Tac Toe is played the traditional way--one student goes first and if they have the correct answer they mark the square either X or O. Then the second player goes. They continue to take turns until one of them has 3 in a row OR 5 of the 9 squares.
