Looks like a great early morning workout for right before a shower - quick & effective. This will actually not cause anyone to drop 10 lbs, but it is a great way to get moving in the morning & add a bit of extra fitness to the day.

This 7 day challenge is easy but hard at the same time. It's easy because some of the items on here you can easily say no to but others are hard to let go for a week. This challenge also has everything, it has a diet and exercise. And most of all IT WORKS!!!

7 day challenge -no soda -no bread -no red meat -no alcohol -no pasta -no sweets -citrus fruit daily water daily exercise daily this looks hard. I don't drink soda or alcohol meat would be hard and sweets!
