Taco soup- 1 lbs of cooked hamburger, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can black beans, 1 can of rotel tomatoes undrained, 1 package of ranch dressing, 1 package of taco seasoning, 1 cup frozen corn or 1 can of drained corn, 5 cups water. Put in crock pot on low 8-9 hours. Serve with fritos sour cream, and cheese if desired
AMAZING Chicken & cilantro lime soup- I added a can of black beans and a dollop of sour cream. So flavorful and the lime kicks it up a notch.
