Beef, Kale, and eggs, Oh my! Instead of 1/2 cup(s) water, I used only 1 cup of chicken broth and a healthy squeeze of fresh lemon. I had leftover slices of roast beef that I sauteed laid them over top of a good portion of kale. Fried up two sunny-side eggs and Wah Lah! Amazingly delicious low carb dinner!
