Mexican Casserole. Reminiscent of McCormick's Quesadilla casserole, but I prefer the end result to this one. The corn tortillas make it very enchilada-ish and the sour cream layer adds a nice tang. Next time I'll use the spices from the aforementioned recipe, but follow this one for the rest of it. I did use a can of chopped green chilies instead of jalapeños it called for.
