Oreo Peanut Butter Brownie Cakes 1 box brownie mix, 8x8 inch size 24 Oreos 1/2 c creamy peanut butter Preheat oven to 350 and line 12 muffin cups w/ paper liners. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. For each cupcake cup spread 1 t of peanut butter over 2 Oreos and stack them on top of each other. Place Oreo stacks into the lined muffin cups. Spoon 2 T of brownie batter over each stack, letting it run down the sides. Bake 18 to 20 mins, until cooked through. Cool. Devour. Oreo Cookies Bark: 10oz. Ghirardelli white chocolate chips & 15 regular size Oreos, plus 3 more for topping. Melt chocolate in double boiler until melted. Pour into bowl & cool 5 mins. Add chopped Oreos & stir. Pour into parchment lined pan & smooth out on top with spatula. Chill 10 mins. Lift whole bark out of pan by parchment & break into pieces. Enjoy!!!
