Halloween Party Goodie "Bag"... Pinner says: I used surgical gloves that you can find at most drug stores or discount retailers. For the fingers I used wrapped Smarties to fill them with and then mini Hershey candy bars, mini Reese's peanut butter cups & Hershey Kisses for the hand. I added a little ring and once filled, I just tied them with craft ribbon. So quick & easy and kids will love them for Halloween Party favors!

Halloween Treat Bag! Use surgical gloves. For the fingers I used Smarties. Then I filled them rest of the way with mini Hershey candy bars and mini Reeses peanut butter cups, and Hershey Kisses. I had to add a little ring. Once filled, I just tied them with craft ribbon. Easy peasy.
