Tip Rosemary Dinner rolls don't need to be buttered. Just before baking frozen or ready-to-bake dinner rolls, brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed rosemary leaves and sea salt before baking.
Quick Blender Light Rolls- These took all of about 7 min. to make (plus 1 hr. rising time & 20 min. baking) and were quite good. We thought they'd make good bread for egg sandwiches so I'd like to play around with making them into bigger rolls for that.
