Make-ahead freezer smoothie packs - 1 cup frozen fruit, 2 plain frozen yogurt cubes (from yogurt frozen in an ice cube tray), then simply put in a blender, add milk or juice, and whirl until smooth. Gonna watch for frozen fruit sales at market for these
Smoothie packs - 1 frozen Greek yogurt "cube" (frozen in cupcake tin), cups chosen fruit. Place yogurt and fruit in individual freezer bag. In AM, add 1 cup milk (I use coconut/almond milk) Yummy, quick breakfast!
the best party-punch- 1 can frozen pina colada concentrate, thawed; 1 can frozen orange pineapple juice concentrate, thawed; 4 liters of diet lemon-lime soda; 1 bag of pebble ice; 1 bag of frozen raspberries!
