Eggs for breakfast sandwiches! Bake at 350 for 15 mins and they keep in the fridge for a week.
So cool! Make a small hole in an egg, empty the white and yoke out, rinse the egg shell, fill it with cake batter and bake. Then impress all your friends. They just crack the shell like they would with a hard boiled egg. However, instead of an egg they'll find a spongy cake! How neat!
Perfectly cooked, shaped eggs - and you can bake a whole lot simultaneously: Just grab a muffin tin and and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil. Then crack an egg in each muffin area! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Put on a English muffin, with shredded cheese. Can be frozen and reheated. Brilliant! Cabin food
