Homemade Kahlua For any of you interested in making this, make sure you plan ahead. You have to make the Kahlua and then let is set for six weeks. I made mine in the middle of November, so they would be ready to give by Christmas and the recipients could have a drink right away. Homemade Kahlua: 2 cups hot water 2 cups sugar 1 tablespoon instant coffee 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups vodka 1/2 cup good brandy
Fireball Cider Jello Shots 1 cup Fireball 1 cup apple cider 1-1/2 packets Knox powdered gelatin Jello shooter cups Pour cider into medium sauce pan. Sprinkle gelatin on top. Do not stir. Let sit for 2 minutes to activate gelatin. Turn on low heat and stir until gelatin dissolves. Bring cider to light boil and remove from heat, Let cool slightly and add fireball. Pour mixture into cups and refrigerate to harden (about 2 hours).
