absolutely beautiful things- One of the things I love so much about using white as a background on surfaces like walls, floors, cabinetry and even sofas, armchairs and bedding is that you can layer lots of colour on top or strip it back to it's bare self and simplify. It's just so flexible.

These aren't colors that I would use in my house, but the idea of painting two, complimentary colors on a stenciled wall is definitely something to remember.
