I am battling an an injury, right now, but I WILL BE BACK! I CrossFit because, it makes me stronger mentally and physically.

Not just specific to crossfit. Why I work out in general. crossfit is a whole different kind of fitness, and so addictive, but i know my limits and i don't try and defy them, or push myself to the point of injury or over exhaustion.


I am a CrossFit Woman. I am strong. I have drive, determination and courage. I am not afraid to sweat, not afraid to tear, not afraid to bleed. I am only afraid to quit.

Hitting new PR's and making improvements is an unexplainable feeling. I remember when I hit squat clean for the first time like it was yesterday, finally stringing together dbl unders into forget how far you've come.

CROSSFIT CrossFit is THE most amazing thing I have ever done for my health. I am in the best shape of my life! CrossFit not only makes me stronger physically, but also strengthens me mentally and emotionally on a daily basis. It is changing my life.
