Watched the re-mastered DVD and remembered once again what a wonderful movie this is. "I'll believe in you all my life." ~5/6/12

A movie in my all-time favorite top 5. As an older teenager, movies like this really weren't on my radar when I'd hit the local cinema for a flick. But this looked intriguing, and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. It didn't take long before I fell in love with kindly Hoke Colburn, cantankerous Daisy Werthan, and their relationship over the years.
