Taco Ranch Chicken - our favorite! SO easy and this tastes delicious! Only 6 ingredients - olive oil, Ranch dressing, taco seasoning, lime juice, vinegar and chicken. Great on its own or on top of a salad or in tacos and quesadillas. We make this at least once a week! Such a quick and easy Mexican chicken recipe!

Taco Ranch Chicken - our favorite! SO easy and this tastes delicious! Only 6 ingredients - olive oil, Ranch dressing, taco seasoning, lime juice, vinegar and chicken. Great on its own or on top of a salad or in tacos and quesadillas. We make this at least once a week! Such a quick and easy Mexican chicken recipe!

Ingredients: -Makes 6 servings -2 cans of crescent rolls - 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup - 2 boneless chicken breast or thighs  DIRECTIONS oBoil the chicken then shred  oRoll out each individual crescent  oPlace a tbsp of shredded chicken in the center and roll  oBake for about 5 mins until they are starting to turn golden brown.  oPour Cream of Chicken over the top and bake for an additional 10 mins.  oTop with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 more mins or melted to your liking.  oEnjoy!!

Fiesta Chicken Casserole:  2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Cooked Pasta Shells, 2 Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 Can Rotel, 1/2 Cup Milk. Cover top with cheese. 350-Degrees for 20 Minutes.
