Asain breaded cauliflower salad.  coat cauliflower with braggs aminos and apple cider vinegar dehydrate for 2 hrs or put in oven on low temp. asian dressing:liquid aminos,ginger,sesame oil,apple cider vin. chopped veggies, baby bok choy,carots,celery,cabbage,mushrooms,peppers,green onions,edamame. any veggies you like!  mix it all up wiht organic greens. top with sunflower seeds or sesame seeds. chop up everything and make a large amount for several meals

SPROUT AND VEGETABLE STIR-FRY WITH TOASTED SESAME SEEDS  Method: Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the ginger and chopped vegetables (of your choice), for 2-3 minutes. Add a few tbsp of water while they’re cooking if you need, to stop them sticking to the wok. Add the bean sprouts, spring onions, honey, pepper and Ching’s Secret Dark Soy Sauce, then stir-fry for another minute. Check the salt level and add some as per your taste. Sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds and serve hot!
