Beer Dip ...this recipe is soooo different from the normal beer dips. Ingredients 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1/3 cup beer Directions 1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Stir in Cheddar cheese, and then beer. The mixture will appear mushy. Cover bowl, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, overnight if possible. YUM!!!
Razorback Dip: Press 6oz cream cheese into bottom of oven safe bowl. Drain 1 can rotel, 1 can black beans. Mix, spread on cream cheese. Cover with 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in oven preheated to 300 degrees.
