Cydonia oblonga (quince). Flowers produced in May, golden fruits ripen in autumn. Up to 5m x 5m. Can be fan-trained.

Malus 'Harry Baker'. This recent introdcution, raised by Reads Nursery produces beautiful fruit that make wonderful crab apple jelly. Fruits until mid-October. On an M26 rootstock it will grow up to around 3.5m. Flowers in May, and foliage dark green with bronze young growth.

Takes shade, best in full sun
