Serves 6


2 lbs Ground beef, lean
1 lb Ground turkey


3 Bay leaves
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Garlic powder
2 Onions, large
2 (15-ounce) cans Tomatoes


3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 (29-ounce) can Tomato sauce

Pasta & Grains

2 cups Elbow macaroni, dried

Baking & Spices

1/4 cup Black pepper
1 tbsp House seasoning
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup Salt
1 tbsp Seasoned salt


3 cups Water
