Made these tonight and they were so delicious. I would recommend broiling them though. The first batch we cooked the recommended 15 then broiled for 5 but the second we broiled for about 8 and the cheese was crispier. We mixed them into GF chicken Alfredo
Baked Gnocchi with Bacon, Tomatoes, and Mozzarella - another Pinner said, " this tastes good! One thing though I made the bacon really crispy and once I baked it, it did get chewy. Maybe keep the bacon out and sprinkle on top last minute before serving."
