Maj. Frederick H. Tubb - 7th Bn (Victoria) Australian Imperial Force. Citation - London Gazette 15.10.1915 for 9.8.1915 at Gallipoli, Turkey. DOW rec'd at Polygon Wood, Third Battle of Ypres on 20.9.1917, whilst serving with 7th Bn, 2nd Bgde, 1st Australian Division. He is buried at Lijssenthoek Miltiary Cemetery, Poperinghe - Plot XIX C.5.
