Ooh. This is a cool idea to hang stuff without having to poke holes in apartment walls. And it would be fun to keep changing stuff out as I created/found new things to hang. I think I want to do this. Or umm...make my dad build it.

Make wallpaper less permanent by hanging in as vertical artwork. Anchor the top and bottom to small rods then use ribbon to hang it in place.

Hang Wallpaper Create a wall hanging from wallpaper scraps. Use dowel rods from a crafts store for a smooth look. Roll the top and bottom of the paper over the rods and attach with glue and a staples. Tie a decorative cord to top rod and hang from a hook on the wall.
