Quinoa Burger. Anyone tried these? Looks kinda good.

Quinoa burgers ■2 cups cooked quinoa ■3/4 cup shredded cheese (I used marble, but I think a goat cheese would be fabulous!) ■1/2 cup no-fat cottage cheese ■1 medium carrot grated ■3 eggs ■3 tbsp flour ■2 green onions (including the white sections) ■1/2 tsp sugar ■1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper ■1/4 tsp chilli powder ■1/8 tsp fresh ground sea salt ■1/4 tsp garlic powder

Quinoa-Spinach Bake - I like this recipe, but my carb & calorie count would like it a whole lot more if I used sesame seeds instead of bread crumbs, avacado instead of olive oil, and Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese. I might also try grinding up fresh baby spinach in the food processor as opposed to dealing with thawing & draining frozen, possibly over processed, spinach.

Idea- canned salmon, goat/Greek yogurt/ quinoa "chicken" salad lettuce wraps

Quinoa-Spinach Bake - In place of fresh spinach, you can also use 3/4 cup frozen, chopped spinach that has been thawed.
