lemon cupcakes with raspberry curd - used the raspberry curd to fill chocolate cupcakes with white chocolate frosting...incredible! Then put some over chocolate ice cream - ever have Swensen's Chocolate Raspberry Truffle??? OMG - Like a trip back in time.
Thumbs up! German Chocolate Cupcakes. I don't make a lot of cupcakes, but these were worth it. I only did the German chocolate frosting for the top and you can just eat that stuff plain. I'm pretty sure I used it as a graham cracker dip. So good.
