Wide leg forward bend with arm variation

One of my favorite poses! Its a little tough, but when you get it right you wont believe how nicely is stretches you out. You'll fell SO good after :)

Sometimes Child's Pose is the best pose, here you get traction in your neck with reverse prayer behind your head.
