Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because thats what was already thawed).
