Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies | Post Punk Kitchen | These are vegan and yummo. I changed the sugar from 1 2/3's to only 2/3 cup of granulated honey. Used coconut oil and the flour was spelt. I also used the ground flax. Worth making again!
