Peach Cobbler by Brown Eyed Baker // (09/12) made 1.5 of recipe and used 3 qts of partially defrosted Met Market peaches in a 11x17 pan. Reduced the sugar in filling to 1/3 original amount. I'm sure it was the peaches, but it's the best peach cobbler I've had!
