Here bookshelves are built-in at the top of a stairwell, however, you can purchase a bookcase like this on the cheap and use it as a room divider or in an entry way. Add a plant, lamp or candles on top and a tray for keys and voila. A nice room divider on entryway with storage. A small bookcase like this with glass doors would be tres chic. Shop for bargains and dress it up.

bi-fold this idea...would be cool to use across a garage door opening in the summer if you are using the garage as a room for would have to open towards the inside, and store to one side of the garage doors

Buy a cheap bookcase and attach onto a lazy susan. Attach mirror on back side, cork board on one side and hanger hooks on the other! Good for limited space.
