Korean Beef Bowl -- SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! This was so easy and so delicious!! And I had everything already in my cupboard besides the meat! Swapped out the beef for lean ground turkey, used low sodium soy sauce, and made jasmine rice. Made quite the healthy and delicious dinner!! Paired perfectly with my husband's famous spicy corn!!
