Practically Functional: DIY detox bath recipe! I do this 3 times a weak. It has tremendously HELPED my eczema & my overall health b/c as it detoxes the body it is alkalizing the skin & body. Great for ppl with (IBS) irritable bowel, cancer etc. My mother has breast cancer & this has HELPED HER TREMENDOUSLY! ADD 6 to 12 drops of lavender oil, eucolyptus oil, rose oil etc.... It's the BEST bath soak/detox there is. Also, you can add ascorbic acid (vitamin C powder which is cheap & can be bought at your local health food store) It helps to purify the quality of water you're soaking in since tap water is FULL of chlorine. This results in a better detox. I sure pray this helps someone as it has my family & I! HAPPY SOAKING!!!! :-) BTW, The more epsom salt you pour, the BETTER! I ADD 1 to 3 cups of epsom salt, 1 cup baking soda & 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with the "Mother," & 1000 to 2000 mg of the ascorbic acid (vitamin c powder).
