WORK-OUT HARDER. if you don't sweat. you didn't try hard enough. if you aren't panting. you didn't try hard enough. if you don't feel like you did a good job. YOU DIDN'T TRY HARD ENOUGH. if you are going to work out, at least make it worth it!
Reasons to be fit. I'm afraid of so many things in life, especially the process of getting healthy. I don't want to be scared to pick up a weight or punch a punching bag because it'll be painful. I need to embrace that, and learn to like the pain.
