This has literally been me the past week waking up early before work to do my Hammer & Chisel workouts

I'm not going this to get skinny, I'm doing this for myself and to feel better, also cuz i realized how gross what they put in processed food so yay.

I've never thought about it this way before but if everyone, especially me, can remember this than loving yourself will come sooo much easier!!!

A point said: Crossfit is helping me to set goal for strength and healthy body versus old goals to be "stick skinny" even of the scale doesn't move or my pants don't get smaller my body will be toned and beautiful :)

I workout, because I can.  When I get tired, or I am short on time, or I want to quit... I think about how lucky I am to be healthy enough to workout daily.  Be grateful for your health and your ability to become stronger.  Don't ever take it for granted!

This my absolute favorite part of the @whole30 No counting calories no portion control no obsessive thoughts about what I'm going to eat when I'm going to eat and how much.
