For those of you out there who cannot fathom even the idea of beets, fine. Truly, I'm a-okay with it. That only means there is more of this beet hummus for me.

Colorful beet hummus made with cooked red beets, sesame seed tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin. - Just made this (with one medium-large beet) and it came out to a lot! it was a nice change from the usual hummus.
