I thought Ruby Ribbon was a unique concept since it combined shaping, slimming, and smoothing right into the clothing. I loved what I saw and thought, ‘every women wants this!’ I dreamed instantly of the opportunity I could have with this young and “all about women” company.
Q. How did Ruby Ribbon come about? A. I started really looking into it, and I found out that SHAPEWEAR is a Ten Billion Dollar market sector in this country still growing and I thought geez such a huge and vibrant space obviously servicing lots of needs for women, but can’t it be done in a better way. That kind of put me down a path that about six months later resulted in Ruby Ribbon.
