Eastern NC BBQ Sauce - 2 C. cider vinegar; 1 T. salt; 1&1/2 tsp cayenne pepper; 2&1/4 tsp red pepper flakes; 1/4 C. brown sugar; 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce.__. Directions: In a large bowl, mix together cider vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, light brown sugar, and hot pepper sauce. Stir until salt and brown sugar have dissolved. Cover, and let stand at least 3 hours before using as a basting sauce or serving on meat.
1 Cup of ketchup, 1 Cup of light brown sugar, 1 TBS of lemon juice, 1 TBS of honey, 1 TBS of yellow mustard, 1 TBS of Wochestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, dash of salt/pepper. Mix Well. Slice some smoked sausage and fry in olive oil, add slices of sweet onion, green, red, and yellow Peppers. Enjoy! yummy!
