Sola My training has been to stay connected with Mother Earth and Father Sky within a secret place within my heart. It is very simple. Once one is connected to the Divine Mother and Father in this way, life becomes one miracle after another. -Drunvalo Melchizedek

Three Rivers Deep

North Cascades National Park, Washington, USA. Photo by Luke Gram.

the Naiads (Ancient Greek: Ναϊάδες) were a type of water nymph (female spirit) who presided over fountains, wells, springs, streams, brooks and other bodies of fresh water.

She lay in her favorite spot on the Forest floor. Remembering being a young girl and seeing fairies dance around the trees. But they were only her imaginary friends, and disappeared when she got older. Then she spots a glimmer out of the corner of her eye.

Climbing up into the tree house. Experiencing a magical hideaway. Relaxing. Soaking in the sights, sounds, and fragrances of the woods from this serene, scenic view of all the layers of the trees from canopy to the forest floor.

“Shinrin-yoku” is a Japanese term that translates as “forest bathing” and describes immersing oneself in a forest environment in order to experience the healing effects of Mother Nature at her best. It is believed that the trees themselves emit natural aromatherapeutic benefits from the essential oils in the woods that are inhaled over an extended period, causing an actual "magic in the air."
