    Crock Pot Potatoes 5 lbs sierra gold potatoes or red potatoes, diced with peel 1 cup water,1 cup butter, cut into chunks 1 tablespoon salt, ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 1/3 cups warm milk 1. Place the potatoes, water, and butter into a slow cooker. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Cover, and cook on High for 4 hours. 4. Do not remove the excess water from slow cooker. This adds to the creamy texture. 5. Mash potatoes with electric beater, adding the desired amount of warm milk

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.

    Tried these for thanksgiving but my potatoes started turning black so I had to pull them out and boil them.

Pizza In a Crock Pot. We had this tonight and it was delish. I used an entire box of pasta rather than just 3 cups. Also used a cup less of cheese and there was still plenty on there. It was good!
