    Draw a design of raised glue, cover it with tin foil, rub with shoe polish & follow this link to see the metal art YOU can create!!!

    Add glue on top of drawing and let dry. Use glue stick to glue down foil using a paper towl wrapped around your fingertip to smooth foil. Use a q-tip to get in close to glue line. Use pencil to add line designs and patterns in each space. Cover with a layer of shoe polish (in bottle with sponge applicator), wait a few seconds, then wipe off. Beautiful results!

    OMG - I love this project! I did doors on a cabinet - beyond awesome! On this photo from lemontreecreation...: she stained wooden boards with a dark stain - placed doormat on top - then sprayed over all with 4 light coats of creamy colored paint - letting dry between coats.     Artangel: Mixed media crumpled tissue technique - tutorial - basically, glue tissue paper over a canvas, let dry. Paint, let dry, then rub pastel or chalk over the surface to highlight the texture.

    Collographs? Print out a pattern you like, place a sheet of wax paper over it and trace the pattern with puffy paints. When it dries peel it off the wax paper and apply it to it's permanent surface.

    Elmers glue on canvas. Then paint the whole thing one color. Beautiful! (would be cute with animals in a nursery on little canvases - matching dif colors in the nursery)
