    These pumpkin cookies are so healthy I almost want to call them health bars, but they taste WAY to good for that. 2 cups organic raw whole rolled oats* 8 ounces (about 1 cup) organic mashed pumpkin (from a can is ok) 1 small ripe banana, chopped 1/3 cup sliced almonds 3 tbsp ground flax seeds 3 tbsp grade B maple syrup 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice** ¼ tsp fine sea salt

    Healthy Pumpkin Spice Cookies Ingredients (all organic): 2 C rolled oats, 1 C mashed pumpkin, 1 small ripe banana, 1/3 C sliced almonds, 3T ground flax, 3T maple syrup, 1½ t pumpkin pie spice, ¼ t fine sea salt, Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Spray/oil baking sheet. Combine pumpkin, banana, maple syrup, spice and salt, mix on high until smooth, fold in oats, almonds and flax until the mixture is uniform. Form 6 large cookies, bake for ~15 min until set.

Healthy Oatmeal Pumpkin Pancakes. My review: Made these into waffles instead. They turned out great. The oats made them chewy and dense in a good way!

[each of my cookies came out to be 60 calories] Clean Eating Recipes -- the choco peanut butter ones - DELICIOUS. Make sure you have people around to share. I didn't have husks or chia but used flax seed instead. It was fine :)
