Balsamic Glazed Salmon Recipe ~ unquestionably amazing!

South Beach Diet: Mini Red Raspberry Cheesecakes2 packages of fat free cream cheese 1 c. Sugar substitute 2 eggs 1 Tbls vanilla extract Whip together and divide into 12 muffin cups. Top with 1 teas of sugar free red raspberry jam. Bake at 350 till done, about 28-35 mins. Serve cold.
