Tanja Bao English: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner vol.8 For lunch I made some pizza bread with garlic-basil-olive oil and sea salt. I made the dough the previous day (it rose for at least 18 hours). We make homemade pizza a lot but THIS dough turned out perfectly!!! Anyway this was the first time I proved a dough this long! I will write a recipe post on this dough sooner than later. I also had a mixed salad.
