Lemon Cookies: 1 box lemon cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet, then flatten slightly. Bake at 375* for 6-7 minutes. Cool and frost with lemon frosting.
