RECIPE: TENDER BBQ PINEAPPLE PORK RIBS - 2 racks St Louis pork ribs. 2 Tbs sesame oil, 4 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 C pineapple juice, 1 Tbs red pepper flake, 1/4 tsp ginger & garlic powder, 1/2 C brown sugar, 1 tsp onion flake, 1/4 tsp onion powder. Bake in oven, meat side up, at 250 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours. Place meat side up on a medium (250 degree) charcoal grill for 1 hr. for smokey flavor. Finally anoint meat for 15 minutes, flipping & glazing with sauce. Let rest 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
Marinated Steak Kebabs - so easy and yummy! We couldn't find pure peach juice so we bought canned peaches in 100% juice and used the juice from there which was a combo of peach and pear. Will for sure make these again this summer.
